Material: Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Sheet & Coil
The Loop Hangers we produce are made from of Hot Dipped Galvanized Sheet Sheet & Coil. Galvanizing is the process of applying a protective coating to steel or iron. The coating is made from zinc, and in hot dipped galvanization, zinc is applied via the hot-dip process. This bonding layer is formed by a diffusion process while the heated steel is in contact with molten zinc.
Galvanization is important because it provides long-lasting protection for steel and iron products from the following:
- Rust
- Corrosive Substances like Acid (example from acid rain)
By having these galvanized, we can offer loop hangers that are:
- Low maintenannce
- Longer lasting
- Unparalleled protection in all angles
- Economical cost
- Fast production
Product Features
A loop hanger is a pipe accessory that loops around a pipe to support it.
In terms of pipe hangers, loop hangers are comparable to clevis hangers, split ring hangers, and clamp hangers, but they differ from the others in a few key ways.
- Noticeable with its pear shape
- Made of Galvanized Iron to protect from rust & corrosion & extend material lifespan
- Simple height adjustment using the knurled insert nut.
- Ideal for suspension using threaded pins and threaded rods.
- A keyed insert nut to ensure that the loop hanger and insert nut stay together (Insert nut can be removed if required)
- Simple design allows quick and easy installation for pipings
This kind of pipe support is highly recommended for the suspension of non-insulated, stationary, pipelines.

How to Use Loop Hangers
- Install anchor in ceiling.
- Attach threaded rod to anchor.
- Insert threaded rod into the knurled nut with the loop hanger attached.
Applications
- Commonly used in plumbing, HVAC, & fire protection applications
- Supports piping by looping around it
- Used to suspend pipes from high beams.
- It is used to support electrical or plumbing pipes in ceilings of buildings.
- Designed to support insulated or non-insulated pipe allowing for vertical adjustment and limited movement in the piping system.
